Official Contest Rules
Contest Runs 3/4 - 3/15/10
1.
How To Enter/Play The
Contest:
a.
To participate in the contest, individuals must log onto the WKKG
website, www.wkkg.com, and fill out the online entry form
anytime between March 4 and March 14, 2010 at 5pm. Entries received after 5pm on March 14, 2010
will be nullified.
b.
Individuals without internet access to enter the contest online may
send a postcard containing their Name, Address, Phone Number and Date of Birth
to: WKKG Spring Fling Contest,
2.
Eligibility Restrictions:
a.
This contest is open to all WKKG listeners who are residents in the Station’s
Total Survey Area (TSA) and are at least 18 years of age. Employees of WKKG, its corporate licensee,
White River
Broadcasting, Findlay Publishing Company, affiliated entities, its affiliated
advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, and/or other
radio stations in WKKG’s Total Survey Area (TSA) and members of their immediate families are ineligible
to participate or win. Also, former
White River Broadcasting employees are not eligible to win any contest within a
12-month period following the termination of their employment.
b.
For this contest, only one entry per household will be accepted. Duplicate entries from the same household
will be nullified.
c.
Listeners are eligible to win a WKKG contest once every thirty (30)
days and have fourteen (14) days to pick up their prize. Only one winner per household is
permitted. Listeners are eligible to win
a WKKG contest valued at $600 or more only once every six months.
3.
Prizes:
a.
Two (2) nights hotel accommodations for four (4) at the Big Splash
Adventure Resort.
b.
Passes for four (4) good for entry into the Big Splash Adventure waterpark both days of stay.
c.
Racing package for four (4) at West Baden Indoor Karting
and dinner for four (4) at The Trackside Cafe
d.
Passes for horseback riding for four (4)
e.
A tour of the
f.
Approximate total value of grand prize package: $1,500.
4.
Selection Of
Winners/Qualifiers:
a.
One (1) grand prize winner will be selected at
random from all entries received between March 4 and March 14, 2010.
b. Winner will be announced on air at 7:20am on Monday March 15, 2010.
c.
All winners must be 18 years of age.
d.
Decisions of station management are final.
5.
Conditions:
a.
Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole
responsibility of the winner. Winners
will be required to sign an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent for all prizes valued
over $600. Winner will receive a Form
1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with
IRS.
b.
By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have their name,
voice or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to
this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and without
signing any further publicity release prior to airing.
6.
WKKG reserves the right to make changes to the contest, including the
substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon
announcement.
7.
No purchase is necessary.
Contest void where prohibited.
8.
Failure to comply with these contest rules may result in a contestant’s
disqualification.

business hours at the main studio of WKKG,
