A Bloomington woman who was told by the BMV she qualified as a Habitual Traffic Violator, has won the battle to keep her license.
Leslee Orndorff had 17 convictions on her driving record, but because of a computer glitch, she was able to get a driver's license in 2008. She's had no infractions since then.
On Wednesday, the State Court of Appeals ruled that the BMV failed to notify Orndorff of her HTV status and her license should not be suspended.
