Stewart pulls out of second race

Tony Stewart is pulling out of another race following a fatal accident he was involved in over the weekend.

Stewart didn't compete in Sunday's NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Watkins Glen. On Monday, the Columbus native announced that he has also pulled out of an upcoming dirt track race in Plymouth, Indiana.

Fellow driver Kevin Ward, Jr. was struck Saturday night during a dirt track race in upstate New York. Ward had gotten out of his car after a crash and ran close to where the other cars were traveling in an effort to confront Stewart. Video of the incident shows that Ward was clipped by one of Stewart's rear tires. He was then sucked under the car and thrown approximately 20 yards.

The 20-year-old Ward died from the injuries sustained in the accident.
